Episode 11 airs tonight on Hulu so should be uploaded tomorrow, I believe, but correct me if I'm wrong! Likely it won't get uploaded till Friday as this seems to be a trickier one to update.

Good for you, I have no refund and no episode but as I say - from time to time these things happen and in the end they always get dealt with ... so I've learnt to be patient!

Brief update: OK, feeling the pain as nothing got updated today (Monday) - lbjedward is likely away at the moment. From past experience things always get sorted and refunds always get made but we should probably forget watching this for a while until he's back from wherever ...

Erincat8 - can only counsel, put it out of your mind and hope it turns up shortly! At least that's what I'm doing ... how easy it is to get attached to these things:}Amazon, Sky, NowTV, Youtube subs are only up to episode 4, 5, 6 etc. Don't recommend clicking on dodgy video links on You Tube as likely to get a virus. So really, no alternative that I can find and I have looked!

I'm getting ready to watch episode 10. Thank you for fixing the problem! :) On the VERY rare occasions where there was a problem with an episode, it has ALWAYS been fixed. I am a fan of viptv.net and being able to watch my favorite shows. To be honest, I spend too much time on your website because there is so much excellent content, but that is not a problem you can fix. That one's all me. :) Have a great day! xoxo

Please, stop! Read this before you post anymore - go to Friendsvista.com (same login as here) - go to the thread NEW ERROR REPORTING - Fix the bugs - page 16 - and read the post that's already been made flagging up all the complaints below (including the now incorrectly renumbered episodes) - Take deep breaths, and let's hope we find out how June is soon!

By the way, to save you all the pain and further disappointment - Amazon only have up to episode 5 or 6 even though they advertise 'buy the whole season' what this actually means is 'buy the whole season and you'll get a discount when we release the next episode' so - I'd wait if I were you. If you're outside the US you could google how to change your IP address and pay for Hulu in the US. But as it's illegal to change your IP address - so again - don't bother, just be patient.

I've always had points refunded in cases like this which are bound to happen from time to time. So please, do what I've done for the last few years and I'm sure all will be OK!

Please be aware the site operates (I believe) on a China time zone - it is very likely you won't get a response right now (it's 3:05am in China) so please be patient - likely this will be dealt with around 12 hours from now. I note that 1.45pm is when the site is generally refreshed.
