The customer service is not terrible because that would indicate that customer service actually exist. This was not always the situation. There are no responses and problems are not resolved .

Issue with Ep 5, 6, 7 being repeats of 2, 3, 4 was listed in forum (bug reporting section) on 18-Feb-2021. It takes time for moderators to get to, then resolve these issues. Hopefully will be fixed soon but should be on their radar.
