Why have I paid for 15 Star Wars-the last Jedi when I saw only one and then I was cut off from the last 10minutes. Also tried to watch Thor Ragnog and it wouldn’t load, now it’s showing 5points for something I didn’t get or see!!! Can u fix it?? Thanks
