1. Is it free to view the VIP Channel?
The VIP Channel offers DVD-like watching experience which is costly. So we provide Free Shows and VIP Shows for members to choose. Free Shows can be watched at no cost. But only VIP members with enough VIP points or acquired unlimited viewing service can access to VIP Shows. VIP shows cost VIP members two VIP points per episode (except for animation shows) and one VIP point per episode (animation shows). The more VIP points you have, the more VIP Shows you can watch.

2. I'm a new visitor, how can I do at this status? I have registered a username, how do I upgrade to VIP Member from a Normal Member?
For visitors:
You can also access the forum and view threads. But, if you want to post a new thread or reply to a thread or view all shows in tv-video.net and Free Shows in viptv.net that do not require VIP membership, you must register a Username to acquire a normal membership. Normal membership is the first precondition to acquire a VIP membership.
For Normal Members:
There are two ways you could become a VIP member.
First Option:
You should have enough F$ to exchange VIP service on VIP Channel.
Please click "Buy F$" button on friendvista.com or "Acquire VIP Membership" button on viptv.net to get F$ first.

There you will find the Acquire VIP Membership button in the middle of the page on navigation bar. Once there, you can click it to redirect you to F$ acquisition page and go back to VIP Channel to convert F$ to VIP service you want in Member's Center. VIP services have two types: one is VIP points deduction type, i.e. costing one or two VIP points in viewing one episode of VIP shows, the other one is unlimited viewing type, i.e. viewing all VIP shows on VIP Channel without any limits in 30 days.
Note: VIP service will be changed to VIP Points deduction type if unlimited viewing period is expired. Please refer to Acquire VIP Membership in Member’s Center for details.
After you have acquired VIP membership and the corresponding VIP membership service, you can log on to the VIP Channel to start watching VIP Shows.
Second Option:
Be an active member of the forum boards.
You may log on to the forum and participate in thread discussions and various contests. Following the forum rules, you need to make helpful and original posts as well as participate in a few forum activities that award points for participation. Here you to earn credits awarded by mods. These credits can be converted into VIP points. If the credits you earned reaches 10 and above, you can apply for converting them to VIP points in Points Conversion Board. And Amins will directly convert points for all applicants on Sunday. Please log on to Points Conversion Board on friendvista.com and view Rules for this Forum for more information. After Admins directly update your membership and convert points for you, you can log on to the VIP Channel to watch the VIP Shows that require VIP Membership.

3. Some problems occured in acquiring VIP membership, where I can get assistance from VIP Channel?

4. What’s Member’s Center? How to use it?
Member’s Center is on the top right corner on main page of VIP channel and require that you input your username and password to enter it. It comprises Account Status, Acquire VIP Membership, F$ Exchange Logs, Activate VIP Card, Viewing History and Directions.

5. How long until my VIP service is activated after F$ exchange succeeded?
Your VIP service will be activated instantly after exchange completed sucessfully.

6. What’s the VIP card, how to use it?
VIP card is issued in special purposes, i.e. promotion, awards for winners in our sponsoring activities or other purposes. The VIP card receiver can use VIP card to update his account’s membership and get VIP points indicated on VIP card. Please go to the page Manual Setup for the VIP Card for details in activating VIP card. Be sure to activate the card before the given expiration date.

7. My account is not provided VIP membership service I applied after exchange succeeded, what do I need to do?

8. I have acquired VIP membership service, what do I need to do prior to enjoying VIP shows?
Step One: You need make sure that the computer you are using to access to TV-video.net has Firefox browser and RealPlayer installed. If not, please download them from VIP Channel’s main page. Please click here or directly copy http://www.tv-video.net/page/watch.html to your browser for more information.
Step Two: We strongly advise you to click Free Shows in VIP Channel before you start enjoying VIP shows to test the connection speed between servers and your end and know which server of the two clusters of servers can render a smoother service to you.

9. I have encountered inconveniences while watching VIP Shows or had to log out, but VIP points have been deducted from my account, can I enjoy the same episode for free in another time?
When VIP members click an episode that requires VIP membership for the first time, corresponding VIP points will be deducted from your points bank. Since the time you click the display link, you have 24h to enjoy this episode. That’s to say, the duration of validity of deducted points lasts 24h. You could repeatedly click the link to restart display if the server is timed out or any other inconveniences have occurred. However, total clicks to the same episode in 24h must be limited to 30, or another portion of VIP points will be deducted from your account. What’s more, our two clusters of servers keep in phase, so if some inconveniences arise while you are watching via one server, you may try the same episode on the other server for better service. Hence you may watch the same episode in both servers for 30 times in 24h with one portion of VIP points.

10. Are VIP member status or VIP Points set to an expiration date?
No, they are not set to an expiration date, unlike unlimited viewing VIP service.  After you choose VIP points deduction VIP membership service and equivalent points, you can enjoy VIP shows with your VIP points deducted from your account automatically when you click an episode until the remained VIP points in your account is used up (there are episodes that just cost one VIP point on our site ).  Your VIP membership rank is also kept even if there are no VIP points left on your account. You will just need to make another donation to charge additional VIP points into your account.  However, validity of unlimited viewing VIP membership service is 30 days counted from the time this service is activated.

11. I have viewed all the FAQs mentioned above, but it still does not solve my problem, what can I do?
